Dahlonega, GA [March 13, 2008] – Montaluce Winery and Estates will open its doors and put out the welcome mat for their Spring Show House Event, beginning Sunday, April 6 , 2008. This is an exciting opportunity for perspective homeowners or even those who merely appreciate finer interior decors, as the Villa Rossese, an elegant Tuscan villa will be on full display. Proceeds from this event will support the High Museum and the historic Holly Theater. Montaluce is a 400 acre community with 300 new homes of various sizes, built in the style of old Tuscany alongside 35 acres of vineyards. Montaluce is located in the north Georgia mountains near the historic town of Dahlonega, known for America’s first gold rush in the 1820’s.
